I have changed phones. What do I do?

Please follow the steps below:

  1. On your new phone download the Whisker app, open and log on. Once you log on your Litter-Robot with its existing settings and history should appear when you click on the "Robots" tab at the bottom.

  2. If you do not remember your password, click on “forgot password” and reset it.

  3. If you do not remember the email address you used, please contact Customer Service and we can provide you with that information.
    1. 1300 350 635, Monday-Friday 10AM to 6PM
